Yvette Healy, Head Softball Coach - University of Wisconsin A former collegiate All-American and current head coach of Wisconsin Softball, Yvette Healy will challenge us to think differently about leadership, legacy, and what it means to lead with purpose—on and off the field.
Yvette Healy UW Madison Softball Head Coach Yvette Healy, a two-time All-American and 1999 Women’s College World Series participant at DePaul, enters her 14th season as head coach of Wisconsin Softball with the highest winning percentage in program history. Under her leadership, the Badgers have made six NCAA tournament appearances, and recorded multiple 30+ win seasons, top-25 victories, and numerous individual honors such as All-American and All-Big Ten selections. She has coached Wisconsin’s first NFCA All-American, guided record-setting teams in nearly every offensive category, and mentored over 100 Academic All-Big Ten honorees. Prior to UW, Healy led Loyola-Chicago to consistent top-four Horizon League finishes and earned Coach of the Year honors in 2007. Healy graduated cum laude and earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications from DePaul in 1999 and her master’s in secondary education and English from DePaul in 2007. She lives in Madison with her husband, Shawn, and two daughters.

in 2008 and was promoted to SVP & Chief Financial Officer in 2017, where she currently has responsibility for financial accounting, billing, internal audit, and investment strategy. Before joining WB she was an
audit manager for Ernst & Young in the Milwaukee insurance practice. She's a math and business graduate of St. Norbert College and has a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Norte Dame. She is also a CPA
and CPCU.
Jill Wagner Kelly EVP, Chief Distribution Officer Grange & Integrity Insurance As Executive Vice President, Chief Distribution Officer, Jill Wagner Kelly leads the Sales and Marketing efforts for the combined Grange enterprise. She leads strategies towards achieving top-line and bottom-line targets which includes maximizing agency partnerships, strategic distribution, brand recognition and corporate communications. A graduate of Lakeland University with an MBA, she actively supports industry organizations and community causes including Ronald McDonald House Charities, Habitat for Humanity, and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Moderator: Andrea Nelson President and Owner Unisource Insurance Andrea Nelson is the President and Owner of Unisource Insurance Associates, where she leads a team of 25 professionals and has transformed the agency into a dynamic, client-focused business. She also serves on the boards of the Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin and Autism United of Wisconsin, demonstrating her dedication to the industry and her community.

Angie Sikowski Chief Financial Officer Ansay & Associates Angela M. Sikowski is the Chief Financial Officer of Ansay & Associates where she leads financial strategy, IT infrastructure, and back-office operations that have supported the firm’s growth into one of the Top 100 independent insurance brokerages in the U.S.. Since joining Ansay in 2005, she has played a key role in more than 25 mergers and acquisitions while driving profitability across multiple business lines.
Kate Current VP of Client Strategy, Employee Benefits Hausmann Group Kate has over two decades of experience in insurance and technology, currently serving as Vice President of Client Strategy and owner at Hausmann Group, where she leads employee benefits services and service teams with a focus on scalable, repeatable, and reportable results. Known for her decisive leadership and community involvement, she was named one of the Notable Women in Insurance in 2023 and serves on the BAN Board of Directors.
Christine Rogers SVP of Customer Services Robertson Ryan Insurance Christine is Senior Vice President of Service at Robertson Ryan, where she leads the personal, benefits, and commercial service teams and drives strategic initiatives. A UW–Platteville graduate and CIC designee, she enjoys traveling, hiking with her dogs, trying new restaurants, and practicing yoga.
