During this process, agency operational workflows are reviewed including: your agency website, customer files and documentation, consistency of key agency processes, document management, diary system, template customer correspondence used and more.

Evan has worked with independent insurance agencies on E&O risk management since 2020. Since becoming a Swiss Re Approved Auditor, he's supported hundreds of independent agencies across the country through our program at Virtual Agency Solutions. His work includes conducting operational audits, delivering E&O Website Reviews, and helping agencies identify technology and resources to improve performance and reduce risk.
With degrees in Marketing and Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, he can offer a unique perspective to agency operations—combining strategic marketing insight with E&O risk mitigating solutions. He's passionate about making insurance operations more efficient and consistent while helping agencies deliver greater value to their clients. HIs goal is to be a resource to independent agents of all sizes as they navigate change, implement new tools, and grow their business.
*An agency who completes an E&O audit will earn a 10% agency premium credit for five years. A qualified agency may be eligible for an additional 5% premium credit for a total of 15%.
