What is an E&O Audit?
You will work with an experienced professional who is an impartial independent agency consultant and Swiss Re approved auditor to review the agency operations with the goal of:
- Reducing exposure to insurance agency lawsuits and E&O claims
- Developing a better understanding of how the agency operates on the ground level
- Improving customer service
- Increasing sales opportunities
- Establishing written procedures
- Creating a culture of E&O awareness with agency staff
- Increasing agency efficiency

During this process, agency operational workflows are reviewed including: your agency website, customer files and documentation, consistency of key agency processes, document management, diary system, template customer correspondence used and more.

Mallory Cornell   Mallory Cornell
IIAW's Vice President and Director of Risk Management

Mallory is the Vice President for IIAW and oversees the exclusive agency risk management and insurance programs for the Association. Joining the team in April 2017, Mallory continues to build the agency solutions portfolio of resources for Big I members in Wisconsin and across the US. Mallory is passionate about risk management and the value it can bring to an organization, large or small.

Mallory holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Prior to joining IIAW, she worked for seven years within the global risk management space at Kimberly-Clark Corporation in Neenah, WI.


 *An agency who completes an E&O audit will earn a 10% agency premium credit for five years. A qualified agency may be eligible for an additional 5% premium credit for a total of 15%.
