Timeline:
The Exhibitor Showcase will be open to attendees from 12:30PM to 3:00PM on Thursday, May 21.
Move-In: Times will be staggered on May 20 and 21 and assigned to each exhibitor prior to the event.
Move-Out: 3:00PM-4:00PM May 21.
Make Your Booth Stand Out! Set your booth up for success! Have some giveaways for attendees to pick up as they walk by, or give away a big ticket item with a drawing, raffle, or even a fun game within your booth. *Please refrain from bringing alcohol onto the premises for your giveaway.
Exhibitors and companies are invited to award door prizes for registered and in-attendance agents. Super Door Prizes are typically valued at $100 or higher and displayed at the booth during the Exhibitor Showcase.
Please indicate Super Door Prize participation when completing your exhibitor registration, and then collect business cards from agency attendees throughout the day. Select your winner’s business
card and coordinate directly with the winner to collect the Door Prize following the Exhibitor Showcase. Exhibitors are encouraged to get cell phone numbers from attendees so Exhibitors can text selected
winners. You will be responsible for contacting your Door Prize Winner.

Here's how it works:
Each agency attendee will receive pull tabs to play at the Exhibitor Showcase. Agent attendees will “pull” for a chance to win—and if your company is revealed as a winner, they’ll head to your booth
to claim their prize. Company logos will be featured on all pull tabs (winning or not), with your company name written out on the winning pull-tabs—guaranteeing foot traffic to your booth. As a Veteran
Level exhibitor, you’ll receive 20 cash prizes (ranging from $1 to $100 and totaling $200) provided by the IIAW to hand out.

Bring your own bonus giveaways to make your booth the place agents want to visit! This is a fun, interactive way to spark conversations, drive booth traffic, and make your company stand out at
InsurCon2026.
What is the exhibitor move in process? Exhibitor move-in and setup will take place from 3:00PM-5:00PM on May 20th and 8:00AM-9:00AM on May 21st across staggered times. The specific move-in time for each exhibitor will be assigned and communicated prior to the event.
What is the new Pull-Tab promotion? A pull tab
is kind of like a scratch-off lottery ticket, but instead of scratching, you pull back perforated tabs to reveal company logos or symbols. If a winning tab is revealed, you win a prize.
Pull-Tabs will be given to each attendee with their registration envelope. If an attendee opens a window with three matching logos, they have to visit that company's booth to redeem
their pull-tab for a cash prize. This will drive more agent traffic through the Exhibitor Showcase by providing agency attendees a cash inventive to visit participating booths to redeem their
prize.
How do I participate in the new Pull-Tab promotion? Upgrade your Exhibitor Registration to Veteran Level and
you will have 20 different winning pull-tabs randomly given to attendees that will need to visit your booth to redeem their prize. At the Exhibitor Showcase on May 21st, you'll receive 20 cash
prizes provided by the IIAW (ranging from $1 to $100) to give to your winners.
Can I upgrade my registration from a Rookie Level Exhibitor to a Veteran Level Exhibitor? Those looking to upgrade their existing registration can do so at any time before May 1st, 2025.
Am I able to receive electrical connection at my booth? If
you will require electrical connection, please reach out to diana@iiaw.com for more information. There is a $45.00 fee per booth for one electrical drop of 20 AMPS/120 volt ordered in advance. Additional fees will be added for late requests. Additional power needs may
be available, at an additional fee.
