Big News for InsurCon2026 Exhibitors: We are introducing an exciting new feature this year - InsurCon Pull Tabs! Register at the Veteran Level to be featured on the all-new InsurCon Pull Tabs during the Exhibitor Showcase. Each agency attendee will receive pull tabs to play during the Exhibitor Showcase, and if your company is revealed as a winner, they'll head to your booth to claim their prize - guaranteeing extra foot traffic and engagement. Check out the brochure for all the details! This is a fun, interactive way to spark conversations, drive booth traffic, and make your company stand out at InsurCon2026.
Exhibitor Showcase Timeline: The Showcase will take place in the legendary Lambeau Field Atrium, one of Wisconsin's most recognized venues. The showcase will be open from 12:30PM to 3:00PM on Thursday, May 21. This all-inclusive space and booth layout design will provide exhibitors a fantastic opportunity to visit with all the attending agents. Move-in: Times will be staggered on May 20 and 21 and assigned to each exhibitor prior to the event. Move-out: 3:00PM-5:00PM

InsurCon Pull Tab Participation
BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS: Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please indicate your top three booth number choices (for each booth purchased) on the Exhibitor Registration page accessed above. Also, additional booths must be purchased separately under the Exhibitor Registration. Each booth registration includes two full Convention passes! We will make every attempt to honor your request, however, we reserve the right to relocate your booth if special circumstances arise. The booth assignments will be posted to our website www.iiaw.com/insurcon. SHIPPING INFORMATION: We are pleased to have Green Bay Expo as the sole provider of exhibitor freight services for InsurCon2026. Should you need freight services, please indicate your needs within your Exhibitor Registration. Exhibitors will be billed directly from Green Bay Expo. Should you require electrical services, please complete the Electrical Service Order Form found in the brochure and return to Lambeau Field. DOOR PRIZES: Exhibitors and companies are invited to award door prizes for registered and in-attendance guests. Door prizes will be presented as the InsurCon2026 Exhibitor Showcase is concluding. Select your winner's business card and coordinate directly with the winner to collect the Door Prize. As a reminder, please refrain from bringing in alcohol onto the premise for your giveaway. REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations requests received by March 2, 2026 will be refunded, less a $200 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 2, 2026. IIAW will not allow for registrations to be transferred to future convention dates.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES: Continued this year are the IIAW's additional sponsorship opportunities. Please see the sheet above for all sponsorship options and do not hesitate to contact us with any questions! Sponsorships are non-refundable.
