COURSE TOPICSThis presentation is a fast-paced and wide-ranging examination of issues connected to naming insureds correctly on insurance policies - a seemingly simple matter that has deep implications. The seminar is divided into two parts. The first is the "rules" of how to determine what name or names go on the dec page as a named insured. The second is the "whys" of those rules, seeking to answer: (a) why it matters who's named on the policy; and (b) what the policy implications are.

Course fee is $56.00 for IIAW members, $80.00 for non-members.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A registrant may reschedule a prior registration to another airing date of the class and if there is no other date that will work into your schedule, a refund can be processed. ABEN can also transfer your registration to someone else in your office. There is no penalty for these requests.
