This course will cover Standard of Care laws in all states and how special relationships are affected and duties heightened when agencies use certain language in their written materials.

Course fee is $28.00 for IIAW members, $40.00 for non-members.

Additionally there will be 3 e-mail reminders sent out prior to the event; 1 week 1 day and 2 hours prior to the event! The same access instructions will be provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A registrant may reschedule a prior registration to another airing date of the class and if there is no other date that will work into your schedule, a refund can be processed. ABEN can also transfer your registration to someone else in your office. There is no penalty for these requests.
