Exhibitor Information The Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin are thrilled to invite you to our 2025 convention May 7th & 8th at American Family Field, home of the Milwaukee Brewers! Get ready for a grand-slam experience alongside Wisconsin’s top independent insurance agents in a truly unique setting. Exciting Updates to InsurCon2024:
- Location: American Family Field – Milwaukee, WI. Attendees will enjoy an exciting atmosphere with world-class amenities, and a taste of Wisconsin’s rich sports culture.
- Exhibitor Registration Selection: Exhibitors can choose to register as a “Grand Slam” or “Home Run” exhibitor. Both levels include two full convention passes. Grand Slam registrants are provided an opportunity to participate in Blackout Bingo and receive a social media shoutout from the IIAW prior to InsurCon2025.
- Suite Options: Our Exhibitor Showcase will take place on the PNC Club Level & Sky Lounge, featuring traditional tradeshow booths, as well as suite options with panoramic views of the field.
We are looking forward to hosting our many familiar exhibitors along with new companies that offer valuable products and services to our members! Reserve your booth today! All main stage Speakers will be "sponsored" by our Exclusive and Partner Level Supporters.
Exhibitor Showcase Timeline: The Showcase will be open from 11:30AM to 2:00PM on Thursday, May 8th. This all-inclusive space and booth layout design will provide exhibitors a fantastic opportunity to visit with all the attending agents. Move-in time: 8:00AM-11:00AM Move-out time: 2:00PM-3:00PM

Social Media Recognition Upon Registration (must register before May 1 to guarantee post prior to the event) BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS: Booth & Suite will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you register for a suite, IIAW will assign and notify you of your suite location. If you register for a booth, please indicate your top three booth number choices (for each booth purchased) on the Exhibitor Registration page accessed above. Also, additional booths & suites must be purchased separately under the Exhibitor Registration. Each booth registration includes two full Convention passes! We will make every attempt to honor your request, however, we reserve the right to relocate your booth & suite if special circumstances arise. The booth assignments will be posted to our website www.iiaw.com/insurcon. SHIPPING INFORMATION: We are pleased to have Wisconsin Expo as the sole provider of exhibitor freight services for InsurCon2025. Should you need freight services, please indicate your needs within your Exhibitor Registration. Exhibitors will be billed directly from Wisconsin Expo. Please complete the MATERIALS HANDLING form and return to WI Expo. DOOR PRIZES: Exhibitors and companies are invited to award door prizes for registered and in-attendance guests. Door prizes will be presented as the InsurCon2025 Exhibitor Showcase is concluding. Select your winner's business card and coordinate directly with the winner to collect the Door Prize. As a reminder, please refrain from bringing in alcohol onto the premise for your giveaway. We welcome and encourage all of our exhibitors to participate, but it is not required. ADDITIONAL ATTENDEES: To register additional attendees from your organization to InsurCon2025, please click HERE REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations requests received by March 21, 2025 will be refunded, less a $200 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 21, 2025. IIAW will not allow for registrations to be transferred to future convention dates.
Additional InsurCon2025 Information BREWERS GAME & X-Golf ON MAY 7th, 2025 (Brewers vs. Astros): Experience the excitement with seven state-of-the-art indoor golf simulator bays spread across two floors, including three bays offering spectacular views of the ball park. Tickets are limited and offered on a first-come, first-serve-basis. Purchase your game day ticket for $50 within your registration. Time: 12:10pm Location: American Family Field X-Golf Suite (PNC Club Level) Ticket Pickup: All tickets must be picked up at the Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel on May 7th between 8:30-10:30am. Tickets: Tickets are transferrable, but not refundable Transportation: Bus transportation will be provided for attendees. Please indicate your transportation needs within your attendee registration for May 7th. Space is limited. You are not required to ride the bus. You are welcome to drive and will be required to purchase a parking pass at the American Family gate for the Brewers Game. Please note, parking is limited at Broken Bat Brewery. Bus Schedule for May 7th, 2025: 10:45am - Depart from Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel for Brewers Game (12:10pm in X-Golf Suite) 3:10pm - Brewers game concludes. Depart from American Family Field to Broken Bat Brewery 8pm - Depart from Broken Bat Brewery back to Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES: Continued this year are the IIAW's additional sponsorship opportunities.
