What are online courses?
The IIAW has partnered with Professional Training Associates (PTA) to bring relevant and professionally produced insurance education and training to independent agents via web-based classrooms conducted LIVE. The IIAW's live webinars will bring professional instructors right to your office, along with related course material and the ability to ask questions.

How do I register?
Register online at www.iiaw.com and pay via credit card or check. Registrations must be received at least 2 business days before the webinar you wish to attend. Once your registration has been processed, you will receive an emailed confirmation.
What is the cost of the webinars?
Each course is $39 for IIAW members and $57 for non-members.
How do I gain access to the webinar?
Approximately 24 hours before the class, the IIAW will email you an invitation with the URL/link needed to enter the webinar at its scheduled time, a student outline, and webinar instructions.

What is required of me to view the webinar?
With a computer, Internet access, Adobe Flash Player (a free download), and speakers, you can participate in a web-based classroom conducted LIVE.
The free download of Adobe Flash Player will be included in the URL/link that will be sent 24 hours prior to the start of the webinar.
Do I have to attend as an individual or can the webinar be attended as a group?
The webinars can be attended both by individuals and groups. Individual students will sign in and attendance is verified by the online course administrator. Multiple registered students can attend as a group by entering each name in the chat box and attendance is verified by the course administrator. You can attend in your home or office.
Do I get CE credits for attending a Webcast?
After the conclusion of the webinar and your attendance is verified by the course administrator, Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin will file your CE credit with Vertafore (formerly Sircon). For your records, a Certificate of Completion will be provided. No exam is required for CE credit.
NOTICE: Wisconsin residents are eligible for CE credit by completing our CE courses. It is each individual's responsibility to not repeat the same course more than once in a 2 year licensing period.
