This course satisfies the E&O Risk Management class credit (previously referred to as Loss Control credit). The new credit requirement is a 3 hour class (must be taken every two years) versus a 6 hour class (taken every three years).

COURSE TOPICS

Analyze the importance of eligibility requirements and proper wording of the named insured, as well as knowing how the unmodified policy responds—or fails to respond—to various loss situations. Explore the full range of standard endorsements that can be used to modify coverage. Discover insights and tips to help make effective use of umbrellas and convince clients of their value. Upon conclusion of this course, you should have a working understanding of the PAP forms, the eligibility requirements, how to correctly name the insured on the policy’s declarations page, use and apply key definitions within the policy, and understand how these definitions can affect coverage.

As President of Professional Training Associates, Inc., Keith Wilts conducts over 120 training classes throughout the country annually. He also makes numerous presentations for insurance and professional organizations throughout the year. Keith has over 35 years of experience involving production and consulting activities on both commercial and personal accounts. Certifications include: CPCU, CIC

 

CONTINUING EDUCATION

This webinar course is approved for 3 hours of Wisconsin continuing education credit. Attendees must be present during the webinar to receive CE credits.

Course fee is $39.00 for IIAW members, $57.00 for non-members. The IIAW will email a Webinar Invitation to you for the scheduled class approximately 24 hours before the webinar begins, along with any other required forms.
