This program analyzes significant coverage issues encountered when writing workers compensation insurance.  The program includes an analysis of the legal concepts of the Workers Compensations system and describes the four primary benefits available to an injured worker.  Participants will learn to identify and explain coverage Part One: Workers Compensation, Part Two: Employers Liability, and Part Three: Other State Coverage in the NCCI Workers Compensation policy.  The program will cover major workers compensation and employers liability/stop gap endorsements.  The seminar will also cover risk evaluation in relationship to workers compensation liability loss exposures faced by commercial clients.


This webinar course is approved for 3 hours of Wisconsin continuing education credit. Attendees must be present during the webinar to receive CE credits.



Course fee is $39.00 for IIAW members, $57.00 for non-members. The IIAW will email a Webinar Invitation to you for the scheduled class approximately 24 hours before the webinar begins, along with any other required forms.
