Through realistic case studies, this seminar will communicate that ethical behavior for an insurance agent is required when dealing with clients and insurance carriers.  The program will review the principles of agent responsibilities and professional liability exposures.  Participants will gain an understanding of what causes ethical problems and how proper procedures and documentation can be implemented to prevent or reduce unethical behavior or errors and omissions claims.  Various agency procedures will be examined and systematic monitoring processes will be identified to assist participants in establishing good agency practices.
