This seminar will show that the law is not static and that the standard of care imposed by statutory or judicial rulings vary and agents must operate in a constantly changing environment.  Insurance statutes and regulations that apply to an agent’s legal and ethical responsibilities will be reviewed.  The application process, binders, certificates of insurance, cancellations, non-renewals and claims handling statutes and regulations will be discussed.

This webinar course is approved for 3 hours of Wisconsin continuing education credit. Attendees must be present during the webinar to receive CE credits.

Course fee is $39.00 for IIAW members, $57.00 for non-members. The IIAW will email a Webinar Invitation to you for the scheduled class approximately 24 hours before the webinar begins, along with any other required forms.
