COURSE TOPICS

Provide  a  basic  introduction  to  the  concepts  of  establishing  a  trust  and  the  requirements  for  a  

trust.  Identify  and  evaluate  Trust  liabilities  and  insurance  solutions.  Discuss the Trustee’s Power and  Responsibilities and  the  assumed  liabilities  a  trustee  incurs for  insurance  purposes.  Discuss   Beneficiaries   Insurable   Interests   and  Creditors   Rights   and   related   insurance   issues  facing  the  trust.  Identify  and  evaluate Trustee  liabilities  and insurance  solutions.


CONTINUING EDUCATION

This webinar course is approved for 3 hours of Wisconsin continuing education credit. Attendees must be present during the webinar to receive CE credits.

Course fee is $39.00 for IIAW members, $57.00 for non-members. The IIAW will email a Webinar Invitation to you for the scheduled class approximately 24 hours before the webinar begins, along with any other required forms.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A written request for a one-time transfer of the full registration fee to another scheduled IIAW webinar or a refund less a $5 cancellation fee may be made up to 24 hours before the beginning of the webinar for which the individual is registered.
